Milling machine for snowboards

The requirements to this system solution were compact: Maximum flexibility in the production and moderate investments. With our own positioning units we were able to offer a tailored solution to a trendy ski- and snowboard company.


Thanks to a close cooperation and the extensive contribution to the solution of the client, the investments remained within the required frame. The positioning units used assure high stiffness and repetitive accuracy, ideal for machining light materials.


Tool changer for 5-axle large parts milling machine

Performance at highest level round the clock is demanded from this machining center and therefore also from each part of the system within the machining center.


The handling system of the tool changer is no exception: Long travel distances and high loads paired with an extreme dynamic are the key points. Thanks to the use of linear modules with a specifically efficient toothed belt drive, the clients needs were entirely fulfilled.


4-axle system for precise dosage

Valuable dosage measures must be bottled as quick, precise and as economic as possible. Our linear modules in connection with the self-sustaining bridge module were the perfect solution.


Thanks to the bridge module we were able to renounce to further stiffenings or separate carriers and achieved a very economic system. The modules as well as the bridge module are assembled with ball screws of substantial rise. This leads to high speed combined with high accuracy.
